PDA Marketing Certified as MBE/DBE and WBE--Business

PDA Marketing has recently been recertified as both a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the Maryland Department of Transportation. To be certified as a MBE, more than 51% of the owner(s) of the business must fall into one of the United State’s minority groups. Over half of those managing the regular business of the company must also be in a minority group. DBE certification requires that one or more people who are socially and economically disadvantaged own, oversee, and manage at least 51% of the business. PDA has also received WBE (Women's Business Enterprise) status from the City of Baltimore. This certification is given to companies in which 51% or more of the owners and managers are women.
