May 18, Samsung is ready to power the future with silicon innovation.

Samsung disclosed that that have processed a technology roadmap which was announced at the Samsung Foundry Forum (U.S.). They are planning to produce a bulk of Gate-All-Around (GAA) transistors in the 3nm node. They are planning to release 5LPE, 4LPE/LPP, 7LPP and 3GAA/GAAP by 2021 and this development will be achieved by 2019. Samsung's 7LPP is the first ever power semiconductor process technology which will use the EUV lithography solution.
