Shackelford, Melton & McKinley Adds Dallas Associate Michelle Snedden
DALLAS – The law firm of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley, LLP, is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Michelle Snedden as an associate in the firm’s Dallas office.Ms. Snedden, who is licensed to practice law in England and the U.S., previously practiced as an assistant lawyer at Turner Parkinson Solicitors in Manchester, England. At Turner Parkinson, she assisted in the sale and purchase of businesses, drafting entertainment contracts, and advised clients in a variety of corporate transactions.
"Michelle is an extremely dedicated young lawyer who we are very happy to have at our firm,” says John Shackelford, a founding partner of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley. "She brings a unique background and perspective that will greatly benefit our clients.”
Ms. Snedden’s practice at Shackelford, Melton & McKinley is focused on handling transactional matters for a variety of business clients, including auto dealers, real estate owners, and developers of affordable housing projects.
Ms. Snedden earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, England, and her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Chester, England.
