Periyar Maniammai University and Virtuosity sign MoU

Periyar Maniammai University (PMU), is today synonymous with innovation and robust learning, and offers education on par with global standards, set amidst the ambience of the green and picturesque landscape of Vallam, Thanjavur.

Keeping in line with the vision of the University to prosper as a premier institution of educational excellence, PMU has decided to partner with Virtuosity to offer blended learning programs. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to this effect on the 24th of November 2010, between Mr. M. Ayyavoo, Registrar of PMU, and Dr. Palani, Chairman of Virtuosity, in the august presence of Dr. Ramachandran, the Vice Chancellor of PMU, and departmental heads of the University.

In the words of Dr. Ramachandran, the Vice Chancellor of PMU “PMU has always strived to offer students the best of education and the best of facilities, which is vindicated by our growing numbers and reach every year. I am sure this initiative will positively influence teaching and learning in our campus, and will go a long way in securing the future of our students by empowering them with required professional skills to realize their career aspirations.
