Celtic Bank announced today that it has received its sixth U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Utah Lender of the Year award in the small lender category for 2010. Currently Celtic Bank is the Overall Top SBA Lender in Utah for 2011. Celtic Bank has been providing SBA loans since it first opened in 2001. According to Reese S.
