Gupta Equities inks MOU with Bank of India for Online Share Trading

Hyderabad: December 15, 2010: Gupta Equities Pvt. Ltd. (GEPL), a leading financial services company, and Bank of India entered into a strategic tie-up to launch an online share trading facility. With this, GEPL’s internet trading services platform will now be available to the Bank’s customers.
An MOU was signed between Mr Vivek Gupta, Director, Gupta Equities Pvt. Ltd. and Mr N C Khulbe, General Manager on behalf of Bank of India in the presence of Mr M Narendra, Executive Director, Bank of India. Gupta Equities’ online share trading platform will help Bank of India customers trade in shares listed on the exchanges in an easy, transparent and hassle-free way.
Customers will also be able to buy and sell securities while on the move by using their laptop, landline or PC by accessing the website of Bank of India or of Gupta Equities Pvt. Ltd. The customers of 3,200 plus branches of Bank of India can avail this facility.
This will be a one-stop-shop for the investors where they will be able to access various products from through GEPL, thereby giving the investor the leverage to participate in this buoyant stock market.
