Rohit Communities Among the Top Home Builders in Canada
The Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA) National Sales and Marketing Awards celebrate excellence in the home industry, rounding up the best in the country for design, innovative technology, construction techniques, outstanding presentation and marketing activities across Canada.Rohit Communities is thrilled to announce a record number of category finalists at the National SAM awards. Five finalists placed in the following categories: Single detached home, Best Print Ad, Best Direct Mail Promotion and the prestigious Marketing Excellence Award. After recently winning Edmonton’s 2010 Home Builder of the Year Rohit Communities is continuing on the road to success, conquering the charts and competing with national contenders in the industry.

The two floor plans that were recognized in the single detached home category are the Manhattan and Melbourne, Rohit’s renowned bungalow product offering a perfect balance of space and efficiency on one floor. The innovative marketing campaign propelling the other three award nominations focuses on the new vacation property by Rohit Communities, Copper Point Resort, located in Invermere, British Columbia.
Award winners will be announced at the CHBA National Convention on February 26, 2011 in Banff, Alberta. Stay tuned!
