ST.GALLEN, SWITZERLAND, DECEMBER 15, 2010 -- CashRun, a leading provider of e-commerce fraud management and global payment solutions, has signed a reseller agreement with European Merchant Services B.V. (EMS card), a recognized international acquirer that provides best-in-class card processing services for remote and point-of-sale businesses.

This cooperation allows CashRun to extend their comprehensive list of payment solutions by credit card processing, along with a proficient processing platform coupled with CashShield, an innovative fraud management solution. CashRun is establishing a dedicated team to handle all aspects of EMS card reselling in Europe, and this agreement will allow EMS card to build and expand its partner network.
