New Top December Team Fitness America Philadelphia Personal Trainer Announced

Each month Team Fitness America announces a top personal trainer of the month from fitness specialists throughout their serviceable areas. This month they have announced their December 2010 Personal Trainer Of The Month is Jerrie Baker from Glenside, PA. Baker’s ability to work with a broad base of clientele while offering superb customer service with unwavering results has marked her as December’s Team Fitness America Personal Trainer Of The Month Award.

Baker, who is also running for personal trainer of the year, is an excellent personal trainer and has been training clients for over 10 years. Baker’s experience includes working with many people of diverse backgrounds, incorporating people with weight loss goals to people with injuries and even assisting people that are training for a military exam. She has extensive experience working with people that have injuries and illnesses, including back problems, sports injuries, and victims of heart attack, stroke and diabetes.

“I have a master's in education and use my teaching background to effectively motivate people during their training sessions,” said Baker.

“I am also very good teaching groups due to my teaching background and I enjoy working with kids, disabled individuals and seniors as I have the skill set necessary to mentor and coach these groups effectively,” added Baker.

“I decided to get my church group doing yoga and what started out as a few of us wanting to try it out has now grown to a large group that demand more time with Jerrie,” said Sandy, who is a Yoga client of Team Fitness America.
