CASHRUN OPENS FIRST OFFICE IN CHINA

CHINA, DECEMBER 10, 2010 -- CashRun, a leading provider of payment solutions and fraud management technologies has established their first office in Shanghai, China beginning of December 2010. The newly established subsidiary under the Chinese incorporated business name 铠世宝 will be an important expansion of the global network of CashRun offices serving e-commerce merchants around the world.

The Shanghai office complements CashRun’s businesses in Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, and USA. The primary focus will be to discover and assess market opportunities in China, thus strengthening CashRun's presence in Asia, as well as reinforcing the extensive financial networks linking CashRun's solutions.

"China has always been an important market for us. With over 300 million internet users, of which 85 million have done online purchase, China's e-commerce market potential is tremendous," said Justin Lie, Managing Director of CashRun.
