BANK INDEPENDENT SPONSORS MUSCLE SHOALS CITY BANK INDEPENDENT CHRISTMAS PARADE

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. – Dec. 6, 2010 – Bank Independent, the community bank of choice in Northern Alabama, is sponsoring the 8th Annual Muscle Shoals Christmas Parade. This year’s parade will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9 and will feature costumed characters, floats, bands, twirler groups and more. The parade begins near Russ Optical and travels east on Avalon Avenue to City Hall.

Bank Independent will be hosting an open house before the parade at its Muscle Shoals branch from 5 – 7 p.m. Bank Staff will be providing holiday treats and refreshments, including hot chocolate and cookies, and will offer fun activities for children. Santa will also be making an appearance! The branch is located at 1109 Avalon Avenue.
