They were fascinated with the product as they were visiting Oi's parents back in Thailand and wanted to bring this unique, fun and fascinating way of making ice cream.
Company founders Jason and Oi Hanratty are bringing the unique Thai ice cream rolls technique around all the areas of the UK visiting festivals, markets and pop up shops. They are creating and naming flavours all the time and they can create any ice cream flavour the customer wants, there has even been asked to make insect flavoured ones with grasshoppers and meal worms saying that their most popular flavours are Nut Nut Nutoreous (Oreo and Nutella) named after a song of Jason's favourite band Duran Duran and The Golden Child (Ferrero Rocher and Kinder Bueno ( Ferrero Rocher is the golden sweet and Kinder is child in German. Jason has fun creating new names for all of them.
The rolled ice cream is made on frozen plates that reach -30 degrees Celsius and the bespoke ingredients are added (whatever flavour the customer wants) this is then chopped, creamed, spread and rolled in an amazing form of ice cream theatre that captivates and mesmerises those that watch the ice rolls being created. Known as The Greatest Show on Ice they are looking to reach out to Corporate clients and luxury weddings for hire. Voted 2019 Food trend they are hoping to take their ice cream experience further by opening parlours and franchising their concept
