Distributor Program Requirements
1. Minimum order value: $500.00
2. Freight prepaid on $2,000 orders east of Mississippi; $3,500 orders west of Mississippi and for Canada.
3. Terms: 1, 2%, 10/net 30.
4. Fuel surcharges may apply and will be added to invoices.
