The web site provides a secure, easier way to get a background check in seconds.

The online application is a step-by-step style of online form that guides users through the process. A VerifyHistory.com representative says that, “the customers love the ease of use in our guided form process.”

VerifyHistory.com launched the online portion due their customer's request to know their background immediately. Verify History's owner, Tom Newcomb, says that "information is the key to everything in this Information Age including safety for consumers and businesses. People are telling us that they want to know what shows up on their background before they go for that job.” Is my parking or speeding ticket on there? What happens if there is a felony on my record that I didn't commit? The answer is that it depends upon many factors due to the way crimes get recorded. The need for access to information resources for consumers is what motivated Tom to start Verify History Background Checks in the first place.
