Seasoned Real Estate Entrepreneur Fabienne Le Gall Heads Up New Venture Devoted to Client Services

NEWPORT, RI & ST BARTS – December 2, 2010 – Villa rental industry leader Wimco Villas http://www.wimco.com/ recently announced the launch of WIMCOsbh, a dedicated client services operation on the French Caribbean island of St Barts. For over 27 years Wimco has been the leading villa rental company serving St Barts; however, like most villa rental companies based in the U.S., it managed marketing and reservations from the US and always contracted out delivery of ground services for its clients. Now the company will integrate marketing and reservations operations in the US with client services and villa owner relations operations on St Barts.

As part of this move, Wimco is introducing a cloud-based villa availability and reservations management portal for villa owners, providing complete visibility into the reservations history for the last 10 years, displaying a live availability calendar with all future reservations, and introducing an automated messaging process to speed up the confirmation of inquiries.
French native Fabienne Le Gall, known for her comprehensive real estate sales experience, personal connections and knowledge of all things St Bart’s, will be heading up WIMCOsbh (http://www.wimco.com/sbh).
Le Gall owns and manages L’Agence, a villa sales and rental company which has been a strong presence on St Bart’s for seven years. Her current villa rental business has been merged into Wimco’s. Laurent Edery, an experienced concierge manager, will assist Le Gall in managing client services. LeGall will also be in charge of villa owner relations. WIMCOsbh will promote real estate sales opportunities on St Barts to its clients through its affiliation with L’Agence.

Prior to creating L’Agence, Le Gall enjoyed great success in the real estate world on St. Martin, working at both Cap Caraibes Immo and Cab Caraibes Gestion during her five years on the island. Educated in France, she earned her Brevet des Colleges at the College Jeanne d’Arc in Orleans, her Baccalaureat at the Lycee Jean Zay in Orleans and her license of law at the University Orleans-La Source. After working briefly at the Ministry of Justice in Paris with an eye towards becoming a social worker, she began pursuing her true passion, real estate, and moved to Monaco to begin her career.
