Another feature of the company’s proactive approach to IT support and customer service is their planned billing schedule. “With the fixed-cost support plans, we’re offering a monthly maintenance agreement that is similar to car insurance, but for computers,” Moses explains. “A customer’s yearly budget for IT won’t change whether they need our assistance once a month or several times a month.”
