prodefis presented COMPAD® ATQP on EATS 2010

prodefis attended this years' European Training Airline Symposium (EATS) in Istanbul from November 9 to 10.The overall theme was “A New Era in European Aviation Training,”- present and future challenges of flight- and simulator-trainings.

prodefis presented the latest version of COMPAD® ATQP. It is a fully integrated system for airlines applying evidence based training. It allows a totally paperless process covering automatic generation of electronic sheets, in-flight and in-simulator grading of trainings and checks on touch-screens, automatic update of qualifications as well as automatic generation and transmission of authority forms. “We put such a complex process set-up into live for our customers as early as at the end of 2009,” said Arvand Varahram, Managing Director at prodefis. “The real-time integration of COMPAD® ATQP with existing systems is very crucial to our customers.”
Assessment guidance is another innovation available only in COMPAD® ATQP enabling highest standardisation level of trainer assessment. The ability to link CRM grading to technical grading is yet another innovation of prodefis. Only this allows an analysis of interdependencies between technical and soft skills. “These and other features point out that opting for COMPAD® ATQP also means opting for innovative business processes giving our customers the required differentiation.”
