AAACBC Inc bunged all business relations with Virmmac LLC

Over the past few months Virmmac LLC officials have ordered several web designs and web development projects with AAACBC Inc., but they failed to pay for all the work that has been delivered by AAACBC Inc. Although the work of AAACBC Inc. done on the websites has been acknowledged being very good and the payment for those websites have been confirmed several times in written form by those same Virmmac LLC officials in charge, no payment ever arrived as established.
For that reason the management of AAACBC Inc. decided today to stop all business relations with Virmmac LLC with immediate effect and will cancel without further notice all ongoing agreements with Virmmac LLC. within the coming 24 hours, if Virmmac LLC fails to pay all their dues as acknowledged.
However AAACBC Inc. will reserve the right to file legal actions against Virmmac LLC and its officials personally for defamation and ask for damages, because Virmmac officials started a vast public smudge campaign against AAACBC Inc. and some of its officials on Facebook and Twitter.
“AAACBC Inc doesn’t usually communicate over former business relations and this will be the only press release concerning that matter, but with the ongoing smear campaign that Virmmac officials initiated they left us no other choice then to issue this official public statement” added Nilles and concluded with the words that “all postings and statements on the internet against AAACBC Inc. posted by Virmmac LLC. and its officials will be used against them in a court of law.”
