Resility Health, the innovative digital platform designed to assess, monitor, and manage stress is honored to announce its induction into StartUp Health’s Moonshot Academy for health-based technology companies.

Resility launched its initial Bluetooth Muscle Activity Sensor in 2016 as the only wireless electromyography, or EMG, biofeedback system available on the market for consumers. The mobile app-based biofeedback platform incorporates stress assessments and tracking, 1-on-1 health coaching, and personalized training exercises.

“We take proven stress management techniques like mindfulness, visualization, and breathing exercises and we pair it with wearable sensors so that you can actually see what’s happening in your body and what the results are. We take this data and we’re able to personalize these programs to be most effective for you,” said Sarah Davidson, the company’s founder.

Resility’s software uses predictive analytics to identify the relaxation training tools that are most effective for each individual. The programs guides users through a variety of proven stress-relieving techniques including mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, visualization, breathing exercises, and positive psychology. Through identifying how stress negatively impacts an individual and providing proven stress management techniques, Resility has helped users to detect and combat stress before it chronically impacts the users physical or mental health.

“I started Resility because I had chronic neck pain for over 10 years and it was caused by stress,” says owner and CEO of Resility Health, Sarah Davidson. “I didn’t know it at the time, so I tried every kind of treatment available and none of it worked. When I finally found something that worked, it was Biofeedback.”
