Firehead Opens France Office to Meet Growing Demand for Tech

Firehead, the leading European content and communications recruitment specialist, today announced it has opened a new regional European office in France.

Firehead has seen France as the fastest growing region in its European-based market in the last two years. In particular, there has been a growth in demand for digital jobs, technical writing skills and roles in the new discipline of content strategy. In April 2010, Paris hosted the world’s first Content Strategy conference, CS Forum 2010, which was co-organised by Firehead’s CEO, CJ Walker. It saw top professionals from 18 countries flying over to France take part in the ground-breaking event.

“This is an exciting time for Firehead. By putting down our recruitment roots in France, we will be able to give more focused attention and care to our French clients in their search for the best content and communications talent in Europe,” said CJ Walker, CEO, Firehead.

“Firehead has built up an enviable reputation since we began in 2007 as the leading agency for recruitment and contracting services to the Technical Communication, Web Content and IT Communities in Europe. We’ve worked with some of the biggest clients in Europe and the US.”

The French office of Firehead is based in Aix-en-Provence. Firehead also has offices in Sweden and the UK.
