Datex Announces New IT Services for Courier Industry

Clearwater, FL (November 15, 2010) Datex recently announced its newest service offering for the courier industry. Datex IT Services will be available to all courier industry businesses that need technical support but do not have the IT infrastructure. A leading hardware industry solutions provider, Datex has designed a service program to meet the unique needs of courier businesses.
To meet the demands of this industry, the new IT Services plan will include the following services: device preparation, installation, device management, training, help desk, spare pool management, unit repair, service contract management, asset tracking and other services. In addition, Datex provides a portal so that customers can track the hub location, error history, data usage, serial numbers and other relevant data.
