Press release from: Quest CE

MILWAUKEE – November 16, 2010 – Quest Continuing Education Solutions (Quest CE) has committed to a guaranteed promise to offer the most cost-effective and comprehensive solution to comply with the 2010 NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation. Strategically designed, Quest CE’s open architecture single Suitability Training Solution creates a one-of-a-kind online learning experience. With the ability to complete product specific training, state insurance CE and print completion certificates, producers will find ease of use throughout the entire program. Last week Quest CE hosted a series of demonstrations introducing their platform to the top insurance carriers in the nation. As a result, three major carriers are committed to using Quest CE for their NAIC Suitability Regulation Solution.

“We are very impressed with the straight forward approach of Quest CE’s program”, commented one carrier. “Training is intuitive and user-friendly and the pricing model provides an affordable solution. It’s ridiculous what other NAIC training providers are charging.”

Quest CE has developed a single Suitability site (https://learn.questce.com/naicsuitability/) available to all insurance producers. Additionally, Quest CE can customize Carrier Branded Web Portals, allowing carriers to better administer, confirm and track training for their producers. Self-registration and/or bulk load producer registration is accessible now, allocating resources for producers to simply add specific training required and carriers they produce for, directly to their student profile.

“We are proud to offer the industry’s most comprehensive and cost effective solution to the NAIC Suitability Regulation”, said Alan Krenke, President and CEO of Quest CE. “At Quest we take pride in our ability to provide exceptional customer service and advanced custom solutions all at a competitive price.”

Quest CE will not charge any upfront fees, annual fees, or course loading fees. No payment is requested until each individual producer has fully completed training. Quest CE will provide the solution for only $10/producer. This fee will be divided among all the insurance carriers a producer conducts business with.

Quest CE will provide PGP encrypted daily data feeds of student completion information and a student detail report of courses to all insurance carriers. Currently, Quest CE is reaching out to the top broker-dealers to set up daily data feeds. This will create an opportunity for distributors and carriers to directly track the completion status of producers and the courses they complete.

Given that a producer completed a state and/or product specific training with another vendor, producers can upload completion certificates to Quest CE’s training platform and it will reflect in the student detail reports as completed. In addition, producers can upload certificates from Live Instructor Led seminars, signifying that Quest CE’s single suitability solution supports web-based training, as well as live training.

Quest CE is hosting a series of WebEx demos illustrating their NAIC Suitability Regulation Solution. Please Click Here (or visit http://www.questce.com/products/insurance-training/naic-suitability-regulation-solution) to register for one of the following events below:
