DVDNow Kiosks, Inc. is a company from Vancouver, Canada. The company developed one of the finest automated DVD rental terminals available on the north American market. This is even more important as in Europe the automated terminals for DVD renting had an enormous success, managing to surpass classic rental stores.

For Cratima it is important that the creation of a website should follow as much as possible the main idea of the company: solutions delivered on time. For this, Cratima's graphic designers made a Flash animation that presents each of these steps in detail.

An atypical element on the web site of DVD Now Kiosks, besides the Flash presentation, is a frequently asked questions category. The page was created thinking about the visitors that want more information fast, without reading a lot of information or needing to contact the company. DVD Now tried to answer the most common questions of its clients.

For the clients that want more details, there is a contact form, along with a phone line dedicated to sales and another one for technical support.
