The 100kw systems are installed on a half-acre plot of relatively level land with at least 7 hours of direct sunlight.

Qualifying landowners are paid $3,260 per year based on location for leasing their land and will have their current electric rate locked for the term of the lease
(10 to 20 years). When the lease has expired a 5-year extension will be available.

Solar array installations are hidden behind a 6-foot privacy fence, are monitored 24x7 and are maintained and insured by the company. There are no costs on behalf of the landowner.
