Go BIG or Go Home! Fear of Public Speaking Expert Says "Fill the Room" and Feel Stage Fright Fall Away

Over half the adult population suffers from fear of public speaking, and most do not know that their stage fright can be quickly overcome. CTRN's latest quick "Confidently Speaking" video lesson entitled "Go BIG or Go Home" shows a simple method to both reduce performance anxiety, and build confidence when speaking.

New York, NY - November 03, 2010 -- CTRN: Change That's Right Now announced today the posting of "Go BIG or Go Home", the latest in their video blog series "Confidently Speaking" - a program of short video trainings on how to overcome Fear of Public Speaking and Stage Fright.

"Most folks miss the very simplest way to improve both their own experience AND what their audience feels when they speak," says Seymour Segnit, who is featured as trainer in the Confidently Speaking video series (http://ConfidentlySpeaking.com) and Founder & President of CTRN, publishers of the Vanquish Fear & Anxiety program. "Its simple: you have to 'grow' or 'expand' yourself to fill the room. Even with a pro audio system, the people at the back of the room won't feel your presence if it seems like you're just speaking to the front few rows."

Segnit has spoken to audiences on four continents and has customers in 73 countries. Although each individual is different, he claims the same basic rules governing public speaking fear apply to all.

By "Going Big", speakers find that not only does the audience get a much more engaging presentation - but their own emotional state shifts, making stage fright a thing of the past.

"The techniques are very simple and they are powerful," says a recent client from Birmingham, AL. "With repetition... they will work 100%."

This new episode can be seen on YouTube at http://YouTube.com/watch?v=0Et9VN4AQlY and all the Confidently Speaking videos are always available for free at ConfidentlySpeaking.com . Segnit encourages clients to work with the techniques, and CTRN's team is available to work either one-on-one in CTRN's "VIP" program, or with the critically acclaimed Vanquish Speaking Fear & Performance Anxiety program, which is available both as a home-study CD program and for immediate download at: http://CTRN.com/Fear-of-Public-Speaking/

"It's amazing how quickly people are able to overcome even really bad fear of public speaking," says Segnit. "Performance Anxiety can have a huge impact on anyone's career and self-confidence, and we're thrilled to help people all over the world to get over it fast."
