Get Fit 4 Christ by Lyle Johnson
“I want to help people make lifestyle changes that will produce long lasting benefits and not just quick fixes,” says Johnson. The St. Louis based Personal Trainer will demonstrate fitness techniques and give tips on using scripture as a guide to achieving optimum physical and spiritual health.
Johnson motivates people to strengthen their spiritual and physical bodies in his new book, Get Fit 4 Christ. The book empowers people to take charge of their lives and focus themselves through scripturally based meditations, prayer and action. The book also includes a 40 day bible study and a 40 day workout plan. The book, available at Crème de la Crème on the day of the workshop, makes getting fit a practical and obtainable goal.
The presentation is for women of all ages and stages in life. Crème de la Crème is a chance to take some much-needed time for networking, empowerment, and special unique shopping!
