Get Fit 4 Christ Workshop at WEA 8th Celebration

The St. Louis Empowerment Network is bringing fitness trainer and author, Lyle Johnson of MVP Fitness to speak at the Women Entrepreneurs of America 8th Celebration on Saturday, November 6th as part of the organization's Crème de la Crème event. Johnson will present information on weight loss, body transformation and exercise.

“I want to help people make lifestyle changes that will produce long lasting benefits and not just quick fixes,” says Johnson. The St. Louis based Personal Trainer will demonstrate fitness techniques and give tips on using scripture as a guide to achieving optimum physical and spiritual health.

Johnson motivates people to strengthen their spiritual and physical bodies in his new book, Get Fit 4 Christ. The book empowers people to take charge of their lives and focus themselves through scripturally based meditations, prayer and action. The book also includes a 40 day bible study and a 40 day workout plan. The book, available at Crème de la Crème on the day of the workshop, makes getting fit a practical and obtainable goal.
