About the Presenter: Jim Jorgenson is currently the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Vice President of Clarian Health in Indianapolis. As Chief Pharmacy Officer, Jorgenson's responsibilities include the direction and leadership for all Clarian pharmacy programs. Inpatient services provide direct pharmacy care for 17 hospitals and ambulatory programs statewide. He has served on editorial and advisory boards for health care providers and industry. He has also been an active member of ASHP, serving on the ASHP Goals Committee, the Commission on Credentialing and the Councils for Legal and Public Affairs and Administrative Affairs and in numerous state affiliated chapter positions. Jorgenson has authored over 30 publications and has provided over 100 invited presentations both nationally and internationally.
