BOSTON BNI NETWORK GROUP HOSTING VISITORS
November 4, 2010---The Rainmakers Chapter of Business Network International, BNI, an international organization specializing in business referrals among members, is holding a Visitors’ Social Event to introduce local business people who want to grow their business by networking.They are meeting at Sons of Italy Hall, 30 Birch St, Roslindale, MA 02131,
Thursday, November 18th, at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
BNI is a way for local businesses to grow sales by maximizing their marketing efforts through word of mouth, with minimal expenditures. Givers gain is their basic philosophy of helping each other.
Jim Martin, BNI Chapter President, commented: “A lot of local business people have seen the benefits of joining our group to grow their businesses. We have many opportunities for business owners to learn how to better communicate about their business, and the success stories are phenomenal. During the last 12 months, the 98 BNI chapters in Massachusetts passed 63,000 referrals worth over $57 million in business to members.”

They are currently interviewing new members from the following professions: Graphic Designer, Massage Therapist, Elder Law Attorney, Photographer, Sign Maker, Home Inspector, Contractor, Carpenter, Divorce Attorney, Electrician, Painter, Printer and others.

The Rainmakers Chapter is made up of professionals from West Roxbury, Westwood, Roslindale, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, Newton, and the surrounding communities and seeks other member businesses to which they can pass referrals. Only one person per profession is allowed in a chapter. They extend an open invitation to interested professionals to attend a meeting as the chapter’s guest, and learn how to generate a steady source of referral business.
