Moffat’s light duty hot cupboards are designed for where space is at a premium
Light duty hot cupboard from Moffat
Built in Moffat’s factory at Bonnybridge, Scotland, these commercial hot cupboards are ideal for heating plates and dishes and are available in three sizes. The smallest in the range is the FHC1. With a footprint of only 350mm x 600mm, it can house 140 ten-inch plates. The middle size FHC2 is 700mm x 600mm and can house 350 ten-inch plates, while largest FHC3 measures 600mm x 900mm and houses 280 ten-inch plates.
All models are 900mm tall and have a stainless steel construction with plain tops that can be used for further storage. Internally they have a base and intermediate shelf and are fitted with side hinged doors. Variable heating controls allow for a choice of setting depending on the application.
