Long Realty Company is pleased to welcome experienced agent Karin Surface to the Long Realty team.

Surface ends a two-year retirement to join Long Realty’s Green Valley branch office, 275 W. Continental Rd., where she will work with buyers and sellers throughout the area.

A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Surface began her career in 1988 in her hometown of Rockford, Ill., where she worked with a builder developing subdivisions. With an expertise in new home construction, she experienced great success and was ranked in the top five percent of REALTORS® in the area. In 1999, Surface opted to relocate to Key West, Fla., where she sold existing homes and worked as a Branch Manager in one of the area’s larger real estate franchise offices.

Inspired by a visit to Sahuarita, Surface moved to Southern Arizona in 2008: “For me, it was love at first sight,” Surface has said of her first visit to the Southwest. “The mountains and desert swept me off my feet. I still find them breathtaking.”
