Projectwell Management Pvt Ltd celebrated its anniversary on October 25, 2010 with members taking a mid-work break to have cake and cookies. Speaking on the occasion, Parthajeet Sarma, Director, Projectwell Management Pvt Ltd, thanked all Projectwell members for the cohesive working style demonstrated over the last one year, which helped the company to propagate the concept of Development Management in India and secure new assignments.

Started in the middest of the economic slowdown, Projectwell began by acting as a guide for landowners and private equity investors and offering them Development Management Consultancy services in Real Estate.Simply put, managing the development process (real estate development) is what it is. A development manager acts a client representative for a land owner or an investor and does everything that the client will have to do, to make the project earn for him/her. It is a specialised consultancy service in the field of real estate, and allows land owners to ‘become’ developers without having to ‘sell out’ to developers. It allows investors to identify the right investment opportunities and then monitor the project to ensure that the investments are performing.
