Treatmonster.com has concluded its research into the most exciting and interesting types of rewards for staff and has put together a catalogue designed to capture the attention of organisations looking for fresh gifts for recognition and Incentivisation.
Brighton, Sussex, Nov 2010 – Here at TreatMonster we wanted to develop an alternative to the usual organisational rewards and evoke ideas in those who have considered rewarding or incentivising their staff or customer but have yet to be fully inspired!

We have created a varied catalogue of experience days, gift vouchers for a whole host of shops and even holidays, wines and flowers. There is even a selection of weird and wonderfuls! All for your employees and customers to incentivise and encourage them for achievement, hard work and loyalty.
Our focus has been on non-cash rewards as our research showed us that simply receiving cash into a wage packet did not inspire staff. Within this we have included things like, adrenaline experiences, culture and discovery days out, flying, water and driving experiences, pamper days, couples activities and junior activities and more but to name a few.
