Swansea, United Kingdom (October 15, 2010) - Wolfestone, a leading language services agency offering translation in all languages, proofreading, voiceovers, urgent translations and a wide range of other language services, have had their company Director, Anna Bastek, invited to speak at Lamajo's 'The Power of Change' conference.

Lamajo, a consultancy based in Swansea, specialises in Equality, Cultural Diversity, Leadership and Management Skills Development, and is holding The Power of Change conference as part of their goal to inspire organisations, budding businesses and individuals to 'build a new tomorrow' in their communities and increase awareness of their training programmes to maximise employee understanding, abilities, skills and experience in the areas of equality and diversity.

The conference, to be held on Wednesday 20th October at the Copthorne Hotel, Cardiff, will see Wolfestone Director Anna joined by other speakers to form the expert panel, including Dr. Bramwell Osula, Zoe Hoppe, Mel Jehu, Joy Ogeh-Hutfield and Alistair Lawson, to talk about how she believes a business can benefit from employing a diverse workforce, and how her experience of running a multicultural company has significantly impacted on the on-going growth of her business.

"Like Lamajo, I wholeheartedly believe that many organisations are not actually making the most of their current assets by broadening their awareness of the requirements of their individual employees," commented Wolfestone Director, Anna Bastek. "Lamajo can provide everything from Race Awareness Training to Disability Equality Training, and I am thoroughly looking forward to making my appearance at the action-packed Power of Change conference to help persuade entrepreneurs such as myself to put their networking skills into action, and make the most of the fact that such comprehensive training programmes are available."
