Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges Extends 25 Percent Commission to Trade on Sales Of Island and Mainland Tour and Dive Packages
QUITO, ECUADOR, Oct. 18, 2010 – By arranging any land-based tour or dive package in the Galapagos Islands and mainland Ecuador for their clients, travel agents, tour operators and wholesalers working with Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges (http://www.redmangrove.com/) receive a 25 percent commission. Accommodations-only bookings without meals or activities earn a 10 percent commission.Commissions are just one of the trade-friendly policies, tools and incentives offered by this ground-breaking Ecuadorian company.
As further incentive, when gross sales reach $50,000 annually in Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges programs, the trade partner receives a complimentary five-day/four-night Darwin's Triangle vacation package for two, air excluded.
“This means,” explains Hernan Rodas, visionary founder and director of Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges, “that at $50,000 in sales, the commission earned will be $12,500. The agent is free to use the reward tour themselves or sell it.”
Rodas pointed out that the company maintains an on-line site just for the trade: http://www.redmangrove.com/intranet. Agents are encouraged to go online and register for full access to all the sales tools offered from rates and fliers to photo galleries and image downloads.
As part of a comprehensive trade outreach and familiarization, the lodges also welcome trade partners as complimentary guests, space available, to experience first-hand their legendary Galapagos and mainland hospitality.
In addition, Red Mangrove provides the trade with a “Mirror Site” marketing tool which allows and agency to display a company-branded site of their own which is essentially Red Mangrove’s full website and menu of programs. The process is fast and secure and ensures that leads go back to the agent where they’re intended.
Other online sales and training support tools include video conferences, webinars and easy downloads of promotional materials. The Red Mangrove sales team is also available for in-office visits and training.
This environmentally and socially responsible company is pioneering the Galapagos cruise alternative; multi-island, land-based touring while guiding a fragile ecosystem to a sustainable future. In so doing, guests experience green, solution-oriented experiences surrounding unique natural and social environments.
About Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges
Red Mangrove Galapagos & Ecuador Lodges in 2007 introduced a land-based alternative to exploring the Galapagos that heretofore was a cruise-only destination. With upscale waterfront lodges strategically situated on Santa Cruz, Isabela and Floreana, it is the only company offering high quality, branded accommodations and services on multiple islands in the Galapagos and mainland Ecuador. Because it is land-based, Red Mangrove can offer a more extensive roster of activities and more flexibility than traditional cruise options.
The customary way to experience Red Mangrove’s hospitality is to spend a number of nights on each island accessed by small boat and/or aircraft. With 14 guest rooms, Aventura Lodge on Santa Cruz is distinguished by its unique architectural design which blends its mangrove forest and seafront environments tastefully and responsibly. Its location boasts generous views of Puerto Ayora Bay. Separated from the ocean by a white sand, palm-lined beach, Isabela Lodge offers eight rooms outside the sleepy fisherman’s village of Puerto Villamil on one of the most volcanically active islands on Earth. Red Mangrove Floreana Lodge is a romantic gathering of 10 private pine cottages just a five minute walk from the village of Puerto Velasco Ibarra (population 150). On the mainland coast of Ecuador Samai Lodge is an inn-and-spa suited for recollection, relaxation and wellness surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and caressed by ocean breezes.
