Curb King Introduces a New Patent Pending Mortar Mixer
Curb King's new 9 Cubic Foot Mortar Mixer has many ground breaking features at an excellent price.
The mixer is built with Curb King's patent pending Harmonic Speed Reduction Unit. The Harmonic Speed reduction unit is a technological breakthrough allowing Curb King to produce a High quality product at a very competitive price. The Harmonic speed reduction unit eliminates the gears found in all non-hydraulic mortar mixers. The gears on mortar mixers are a high wear, high maintenance item. The Harmonic reduction unit is totally enclosed and lubricated for years of trouble free service.
The Harmonic speed reduction unit uses a patent pending apparatus to take an input rpm and reduce it to a lower rpm. It does this through a series of sprockets and ball bearings. The Harmonic speed reduction unit is a relatively small package. This allows curb king to build a high quality mixer at a lower cost. Savings are realized by using less material and labor in building the Harmonic Speed Reduction Unit. The Harmonic Speed Reduction Unit also has the advantage of being able to be submerged in lubrication due to it's small size.
The mixer also has many other features found only on more expensive mortar mixers. It has spiral paddles that allow for fast mixing. It has composite paddles that allow the mixing of mortar as well as cement with three quarter inch aggregate. It also has a replaceable barrel bottom. All Curb King Mixers are powered by Honda motors.
