The IJIS Institute, a nonprofit organization that focuses on mission-critical information sharing for justice, public safety, and homeland security, announces the appointment of Joan DeYoung, project manager for ATS Corporation (ATSC), as chairperson of the IJIS Institute’s Outreach and Membership Committee.

The purpose of the IJIS Institute’s Outreach and Membership Committee is to identify strategies for expanding the membership of the Institute and to recommend ways and means of increasing the Institute’s value to its members.
