ESCHA renews most of its standard product programme

The ESCHA Base Line will first be available in straight version as female (left) and as male (right).
The M12x1 round connector-line is one component of the new ESCHA standard-portfolio called “Base Line”. This has been consequently designed for classical applications in the fields of machine-building and automation and not based on an already existing product. Only by this way, it was possible to optimize production processes and standardize materials resulting in price advantages being directly passed on to customers along with the usual high-quality claim.
The coming valve-connector generation has been completely redesigned. The typical housing styles A, B, BI, C, and CI will be available in various electrical versions. Compared with the previous generation, the new valve connectors have been reworked in both fields of design and manufacturing process. Thus, customers can resort to a technically high-grade product at moderate prices.
The concept of the new development, production optimization, and price reduction with constant quality claims has also been deliberately transformed with the new junction-boxes. These will be available in three variants (four-, six-, and eight ports) and with various connections (straight- or right-angle connector as well as cable connection).
With the already well-established and very successful M8x1 and M12x1 round connectors of the Automation Line introduced in November 2009 and the three new product lines, ESCHA has redesigned its core standard-portfolio within only a year – and in spite of hard economic times.
ESCHA offers two standardized cable qualities for all of the four product lines (Base Line, Automation Line, valve connectors, and junction-boxes). These include a PVC-cable which is well adapted to average mechanical stresses as well as a PUR, silicon-, and halogen-free cable combining the typical requirements of automation in one product. ESCHA, now, has the right solution for every standard application with this comprehensive and largely new programme.
You will find ESCHA trade-show highlights on stand 320, hall 6.
