Energy Efficient Windows are Easy to Afford with AVI

Atlanta, GA – On October 12, 2010, Architectural Visions, Inc. (AVI) a Marvin Design Gallery, is launching its fall promotional campaigns with three high-value offers. These promotions are designed to help homeowners replace their windows and doors with new energy efficient ones while receiving the most value for their investment.

AVI’s first promotion offers consumers free designer door hardware from manufacturers such as Emtek and Baldwin Hardware, with the purchase and installation of a new entry door. “A first class door system deserves the finishing touch of fine hardware. AVI’s expert consultants are versed in the latest hardware styles and finishes, and also in the most secure locking mechanisms for peace of mind. The second promotion centers on the Federal Energy Tax Credit, ending on December 31, 2010, a part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Homeowners can earn up to a $1,500 tax credit for replacing old windows and doors with new, more energy efficient ones. New windows and doors must be installed by December 31, 2010.

“In order for customers to qualify for the energy tax credit, they must choose qualifying windows and provide the correct documentation with their tax return. AVI is prepared to advise consumers as to which window and door products meet federal guidelines, and then provide the appropriate paperwork, making it easy and cost effective for them to receive their tax savings and make their homes more energy efficient,” added Mr. Morrison.
