Press release from: One Week Workout

[Cambridge] [Cambridgeshire, UK] [10-09-2010] A survey conducted of 200 dieters struggling with their weight loss has found that on average, those who share their weight loss goals with friends or family are more successful than those who don't, with 77% of the dieters who talked about their goals managing to hit their target weight, compared to only 39% from those who didn't. The survey, conducted by Dan Beesden, of http://oneweekworkout.blogspot.com found a clear pattern of success when people were open about their aims and ambitions, and that those dieters who chose to keep their plans to themselves had a harder time overall. The survey was carried out with dieters both online and offline during September 2010 in an effort to discover which psychological methods would actually lead to success, rather than just sounding good.

"It's something I've believed for a long time now, but it's great to prove that talking about your weight loss goals can be so advantageous", commented Dan. "I think it's the social element kicking in, the fact that you have someone else to work hard for. If you fail and nobody knows you're trying, it's much easier to accept the defeat, whereas I think getting a best friend or a partner involved can give you that much needed boost when you're feeling low."

Those looking for more information on the subject of successful weight loss can learn lots more by visiting http://oneweekworkout.blogspot.com. Dan, a man with his own success stories in the weight loss niche, uses it as his launchpad for sharing new ideas, hints and tips to help people to achieve results both in the short term and the long term. Aware of the importance of creating a solid weight loss plan for the future, Dan helps people by giving them a psychological boost when needed via his email newsletter, and regularly posts videos to bring his ideas and suggestions to life.

Dan hopes to help as many people as possible to achieve their weight loss goals. With a recession meaning people have less money to spend, and weight issues reaching pandemic levels, he feels there's never been a better time for people to take control of their weight for good.

Formalities featuring Dan Grayber + Steuart Pittman

Grayber creates intricate mechanical objects that are designed solely to sustain themselves, rather
