Press release from: Bayometric

Bayometric’s tried and trusted biometric technology has helped Vishvas Foundation, a non profit organization, to improve its registration process leading to cost savings and better customer service.

Vishvas Foundation, established in 1978, is an international umbrella organization with more than 36 schools and colleges In addition to the Vishvas Education Board, it also manages Free Schools, Orphan Homes, Women’s Workforce Development Centres, Computer Centres, Medical Foundations, Eye Foundations, Hospitals.

The foundation conducts seminars in the far flung rural areas of the country, attended by the elderly and the young alike. However, with thousands attending the course daily, it became increasingly difficult for it to keep tab on the visitors using manual forms. This often led to duplication of data causing delays and wastage of time and money.

Bayometric’s fingerprint based biometric visitor registration solution helped the educational foundation improve its registration process helping in quicker identification of the attendees. The biometric based visitor attendance platform, which runs on VB6 and SQL Server, has helped the NGO to manage its seminars very efficiently.

The second phase of project will see centralizing of all data on a secured server. Once this is done, automated hand held devices with identification modules will also be used as part of the system. This would help in updating the data on the server in a real time environment.

According to Mr. Piyush Vishvas “Bayometric’s technology supports many different scanners and makes the verification process fast. It is also cost effective compared to other products and their solution provided us with really great features. We are really happy with the speed and quality of identification. Their system has really helped in streamlining our visitor attendance program. The quality of service has been exceptional and I would recommend highly their system to any organization looking for Biometric systems"

The foundation has high hopes on the visitor attendance application as in a very short time the system is already saving resources for the organization and has made registration process fast, simple and efficient.
