CrossFit I-5 Announces Grand Opening Event

Mission Viejo, CA - October 06, 2010 -- CrossFit I-5 is excited to announce their grand opening in Mission Viejo on September 18, 2010, and everyone in the community is invited to stop by and partake in the excitement.

The grand opening ribbon cutting event will be held at the training facility on September 18, 2010 from 11am to 3pm and those interested in learning more about CrossFit and CrossFit I-5 can visit the academy to meet the trainers, tour the workout facility, and sign up for special membership discounts and packages. "We are very excited about sharing the benefits of the CrossFit program with the community of Saddleback Valley. The need for a creative and effective fitness program is long overdue," said Kristie Wolford, Owner.

CrossFit I-5 incorporates a series of functional movements that are done at high intensity levels. Each workout is done under direct supervision and guidance of CrossFit I-5's team of certified trainers, in order to ensure that each participant's safety is a top priority. CrossFit workouts are done in a group setting and involve the use of a wide variety of fitness tools, including kettle bells, gymnastic rings, jump ropes, as well as some traditional fitness machines.

CrossFit I-5 workouts are not boring and static; they will change and evolve as a student continues to develop as an athlete. "Our fitness program is very unique, " said Tai Dydasco, Strength and Conditioning Coach at CrossFit I-5. "We operate our facility as an academy, and our focus is to teach our students skills and movements that will improve their overall level of fitness, and make life much easier. If there was such a thing as a Black Belt in fitness, this is where you'd get it."

CrossFit I-5 has partnered with EFX to provide the studio's athletes holographic technology and will be sponsoring several contests and prizes for the grand opening. In addition, other sponsors include The South County Chamber of Commerce, Lululemon Athletica, Irvine Spectrum, and DS Nutrition.
