Collab integrates Voxeo Technology for its Next Generation

Collab selected Voxeo’s Prophecy platform as a powerful component of its multi-channel strategy for voice, SMS and instant messaging

Cologne, Germany and Lisbon, Portugal – October 06, 2010 – Voxeo, the leading provider of Unlocked Communications, and Collab, the European-based provider of OneContact, the leading Contact Center solution for Hosted Contact Center Providers, Outsourcers and Enterprise Contact Centers, today announced that Collab has chosen Voxeo’s technology to deliver state-of-the-art contact center software solutions.

Collab integrated Voxeo’s Prophecy platform into its OneContact offering to provide customers with the most reliable, state-of-the-art platform for contact center solutions. Within its OneContact offering, Collab uses Voxeo as the IVR component for voice portals using Automated Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech Synthesis.

OneContact is an IP-based Multimedia Contact Center software solution that offers full multimedia contact management across communication channels such as voice, video, e-mail, SMS and Instant Messaging (IM). The platform is natively suited for Contact Centers of medium and large size, in hosted and on-premise environments, and for any industry including 3G Mobile Operators, Network Service Providers, Outsourcers and Enterprise Contact Centers.
A contact center using the OneContact solution can be located in multiple sites that can be geographically distinct from each other. It has a single incoming queue, centralized management and remote supervision, resulting in a truly virtual contact center.
