Buddenbrock describes, “At Club Weight Loss, our desire is to help people struggling with weight issues achieve their goals, and our approach is to offer a variety of resources. Different options, methods and approaches are necessary because not everybody responds the same- not everybody is in the same place. We invest a lot of time in our site’s research, Amazon-powered book and equipment store, articles, reviews, videos, recipes, interviews, podcasts, diet plans, exercises and community. Buddenbrock explains, “My passion to help women put forth the best self possible has lead me to take this next step- to design a safe place for women to work on weight issues and get to the heart of the matter- THEIR MATTER- knowing each of us has a different starting point and different goals. My perspective is unique- I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to hate to go to the gym because I’m embarrassed about being overweight. I’ve lived with, and struggled with my weight issues. I’m not a 100 pound diva who’s never been 5 pounds overweight.”

“For over 30 years I have worked in the fashion and image industry, showing women how to look as beautiful as they can be and still be authentic to themselves and their lifestyle. I’ve been in the dressing rooms with women unhappy with their bodies, their weight, and the image they present in the world,” says Buddenbrock.

Club Weight Loss plans to evolve and grow for the sole purpose of bringing to light all the puzzle pieces that create weight issues while offering long-term methods to reach weight loss and weight management goals, short-term boosts to get started, and emotional tools and journeys to delve into.
