Ms. Paredes, of Melville, specializes in selling residential properties in the Melville, Huntington Station and eastern Nassau County areas. Prior to joining Charles Rutenberg Realty, she worked as an Associate Broker for Prudential Douglas Elliman, where she worked for 24 years.
