MUSEUM OF LOVE OPEN FOR VISITORS
In time for Valentine’s Day, the Museum of Love (www.museumoflove.org) has opened its virtual doors for the first time. The Museum of Love is the creation of Kris Waldherr, author of the bestselling Goddess Tarot, THE BOOK OF GODDESSES and THE LOVER'S PATH.The Museum of Love is intended as the most romantic destination on the web. It takes the form of the Museo di Palazzo Filomela, or the Palace of the Nightingale, set in a mythic Renaissance Venice. Within this museum of the imagination, you can read retellings of classic love stories, view paintings of historic lovers, send a love letter, get a free love tarot reading and purchase romantic gifts. Lovers featured range from Cupid and Psyche to Dante and Beatrice.
The Museum of Love was inspired by Waldherr's newest publications, THE LOVER'S PATH and THE LOVER'S PATH TAROT. Set in Renaissance Venice, THE LOVER'S PATH maps a journey where wisdom may be gained by daring to love another. Says Waldherr, "I hope the Museum will help to light the flames of love and offer a cathartic experience for the bruised of heart. Which I suppose means all of us -- I mean, who hasn't fallen in love or had their heart broken?"
To visit the Museum of Love, go to www.museumoflove.org. Unlike a “real” museum, you can visit anytime and from any place. All you need is love — and a computer.
