New production of corrugated sidewall belts

High-tech production line in Plant 2

In record time, the germanBelt Group has launched a new production line for germanWell® corrugated sidewall belts in the new Plant 2 at the Halle/Leipzig site. By expanding its manufacturing capacities, the germanBelt Group strengthens their competitive ability. The new production line has been built with the aim to manufacture qualitatively improved and more cost efficient corrugated sidewall belts in order to provide customers with even speedier services.

In the last 12 months, the Group invested 2.5 million Euro in this new production site for corrugated sidewall belts. In order to satisfy the high demand in high quality vertical conveyors the company had to modernise production. Processing and component assembly are now carried out in machine-made precision and fully automated production.

We are receiving good signals because high-quality and long lasting solutions in vertical conveying are in strong demand. germanWell® conveyor belts offer economic benefits for our customers and guarantee the reliable transport of their products”, says managing director Holger Dieffendahl.

The germanWell® product range transports bulk goods vertically. By using different edge heights of 40 mm to 400 mm and cleats of 35 mm to 360 mm height, the belts can be adjusted to any desired field of application.
