Transferring your business activities to The U.S. - breakfast seminar in Paris

THE DONOVAN LAW OFFICE IS HOSTING A BREAKFAST SEMINAR FOR FRENCH BUSINESSES WISHING TO IMMIGRATE TO U.S.

Houston, Texas, September 9, 2010 – In collaboration with the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris and the French-American Chamber of Commerce, the Donovan Law Office will be hosting a breakfast seminar in Paris focusing on facilitating the immigration of French business into the United States. The seminar will feature a presentation by The Donovan Law Office on available visa options, with a focus on finding alternatives to the difficult and expensive investor visa procedure. Also included will be an explanation by the Trademark Insurance Agency on the effects of the current American health care reform on the options and obligations of businesses in terms of medical benefits for employees, and the commercial insurance needs businesses must consider under the new health care rules. While the proceedings will be held in English, guests are welcome to ask questions in French. The breakfast will be held at the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris, September 23 from 9:00am–12:00noon.
