Tacquire Announces First Demonstrations of Web-based System

MORRISVILLE, N.C. (August 25, 2010) – Tacquire (TEE’-ә-kwīr’), a company that will provide a regional listing service and property data exchange for commercial real estate brokers, announces today that it will demonstrate the Web-based system to area real estate professionals September 1 and 2. The demonstrations will include discount membership opportunities.

“Members of the Triangle brokerage community have identified a need for an affordable, accurate and easy-to-use system to list commercial properties and leased space,” says Elizabeth Raiford, board president. “By creating our own commercial information exchange, we control costs, gain data accuracy via in-house research and deliver the information in a format friendly to mobile devices.”

The first demonstration will be held Wednesday, September 1, from 8-10:00 a.m. at the
Center for Community Leadership, 711 Hillsborough St in Raleigh, N.C. The second will be held Thursday, September 2, from 8-10:00 a.m. at the Cambria Suites, 300 Airgate Dr, in Morrisville, N.C. Registration is required and can be made through the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® website, www.tcar.com.

Tacquire will serve a 14-county area and provide members with a data portal to manage commercial real estate listings, exchange market information and research property data.
