Hilton Pattaya creates a variety of flavorsome dishes and desserts from the aromatic ingredient ‘Cinnamon’ throughout December.

Flare, our Asian restaurant introduces a well-known northern Thai noodle ‘Khao Soi’ together with simmered duck in cinnamon curry served with condiments including boiled duck egg, shallot, crispy shallot, dried red chili, pickle, coriander and lime at THB 550 nett. Available at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.
