CT School of Cosmetology Wins Award

Academy Di Capelli School of Cosmetology has been awarded the U.S. Commerce Association’s “2010 Best of Local Businesses Award” for the second consecutive year. The U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Program recognizes local businesses for specific areas of excellence. Academy Di Capelli School of Cosmetology earned recognition as an Accredited Institution of Higher Education and a second award for its specialization in Cosmetology Training ( http://academydicapelli.com/haircuts/index.html ).

The “Best of Local Businesses” Award Program is sponsored by the USCA and is focused on small and medium sized businesses across the United States that demonstrate a high quality of service within the local community. Information about Academy Di Capelli was gathered and analyzed internally by the USCA and by outside third parties.

According to Kelly McCartney of the USCA Board of Review, 2010 was a competitive year, with only 1.4% of eligible businesses awarded “Best of” status for a second time around.
